According to Warren Sapp’s instagram account,
the Pro Football Hall of Famer has been doing a great deal of fishing, crabbing
and lobstering in the Florida area.
In one of his most recent outings, Sapp went
lobstering in Marathon in the Florida Keys with Two Conchs Charters, and an
unwelcome altercation occurred.
Sapp was attacked by a shark.
Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times spoke with
Jack Carlson, the captain of the charter on the incident.
“It’s simple,” charter captain Jack Carlson
told Auman in a text message. “He was lobstering with me and a shark bit Sapp
while he was grabbing the lobster. He’s OK.”
